A Rustic Dining Room with Contemporary Flair
Is your dining room a catch-all for the family passing through? This rustic dining room is now stunning.
This dining room was being used as a hodge podge room as it was one of the first rooms you saw as you walked into the house. The table and chairs was purchased for a previous home so didn’t fit the feel of this space or the style that the homeowner was currently trying to achieve. They needed seating for a family of 5 and wanted to keep the large black sideboard that they’d recently purchased for the space.
A Rustic Dining Room
We added a decent size table to the space that would provide seating for everyone in the family and that would scale nicely with the existing sideboard. We paired rustic and contemporary styles by adding a table with distressing and selected chairs that gave us fabulous lines accented by chrome nail heads. The side chairs also featured an open design on the back that faced the foyer, so as you walked into the home you didn’t feel so closed off.
